Riyadh

Riyadh is our studio’s first project in Saudi Arabia. It is a villa near the majestic city and capital Riyadh. When thinking about the design, we took into account not only the client's stylistic preferences, but also the need to create a space that would impress the owner's visitors and guests.
Since this is our first project in this region, we immersed ourselves not only in the client's life, but also in the cultural characteristics of the country. First of all, to understand the nuances that might be present in the interior.
One of the new tasks for us was to create a meeting room for men. This is a space that should have a lot of seating on the floor, where the owner of the villa meets with his friends and partners. At the same time, the client wanted a modern interior, without reference to Arabian stylistic features. Therefore, we used modern furniture by TORU and a carpet by François Azambourg for this room. The lighting was taken from Brokis, and the pendant lamp is by Anthony Dickens.
Since this villa has two of such rooms, we made them different. In the second room, we used such brands as Giobagnara, a carpet by Mohebban Milano, a ferm LIVING chandelier, and a floor lamp from Aromas deal.

Other rooms are full of furniture, lamps and other works by Sebastian Herkner, Hay, CTO lightning, Roche bobois, Living divani. In the bathroom you can find lamps by L'Aviva Home and sinks by Falper.

As you can see, the project is quite restrained, but bright and luxurious. There is no flashy gold and aggressively shiny details. But there are a lot of expensive brands, some of which have developed their collections specifically for the Saudi market, such as B&B Italia.

Since the villa is surrounded by sand and heat, we wanted to add life and colours to it, and this is especially evident in the guest room.

Each room is not similar to the previous one, but the rooms harmoniously flow one into other and form an orchestra of interior solutions that sound in unison.
